Refund Policy

  1. Registration Fee
    1. The Registration fee charged is once in the lifetime of any student and is non-refundable.
  2. Monthly Subscriptions
    1. We do not offer any refund for payments made on a monthly subscription plan and the payment once made will not be refunded.
  3. Quarterly Subscriptions
    1. We offer a refund for the unused part of such subscriptions. Our subscriptions run for a calendar month and hence any cancellation is valid only from the 1st of the next month.
    2. The request for the cancellation of subscription has to be made at least 1 day before the end of the previous month.
      1. For example, if you want to stop the subscription from October 1st, the request has to be received by email latest by midnight of 29th September.
    3. Even if you make the request earlier in the month, your subscription will continue till the last working day of the month, and your child will have access to all the services provided by us till the end of the month.
    4. The refund will be made to any bank account in the name of one of the parents/guardians of the child as per the enrolment form filled up during the admission process.
    5. The refund will be processed within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the request.
